About the role
- Senior Financial Analyst responsible for drafting and reviewing financial statements at Globo. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and providing data-driven insights for decision making.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with current accounting standards (CPC/IFRS);
- Conduct analyses of balance sheet and income statement accounts, explaining variances and proposing corrections;
- Manage accounting governance, focusing on performance indicators, data quality and data integrity;
- Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, ensuring metric reliability and routine automation;
- Interact with business areas to gather information, align processes and provide accounting technical support;
- Participate in technical discussions and alignments with auditors;
- Propose and implement improvements to processes, controls and information flows;
- Support and mentor junior and mid-level analysts, acting as the technical reference for the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and active CRC registration.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in accounting.
- Strong experience preparing and reviewing financial statements.
- Experience in account analysis, critical reconciliations and analytical review.
- Technical knowledge of IFRS/CPC.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI and Power Platform tools.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle).
- Advanced English.
