Analyzing and optimizing cashflow structures and financial risks for GETEC's energy transition projects. Developing forecasts and collaborating with senior management on strategic finance initiatives.
Responsibilities
Analyze, manage and optimize direct and indirect cashflow structures across all segments, products and energy sources
Develop and implement forecasting models to ensure reliable liquidity planning
Identify working capital opportunities and define appropriate measures
Develop a model to simulate and assess financial risks
Prepare risk analyses and derive mitigation strategies
Support group-wide risk reviews and work closely with PEC/CEO/CFO
Contribute to strategic finance initiatives
Analyze the impact of new target processes, system landscapes and organizational structures
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance/Accounting or a comparable qualification
At least 5–7 years of professional experience in finance, ideally in cashflow management, risk analysis, financial controlling or finance transformation
Deep understanding of energy or infrastructure business models is an advantage
Strong analytical skills, a high affinity for numbers and confidence in working with complex financial models
Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Business Central advantageous) and modern planning tools
Strong communication and assertiveness skills and a solution-oriented working style
Enjoy working in a dynamic transformation environment
Experience in leading, directing and motivating employees across the organization to collaboratively develop cashflow and risk management
