About the role

  • Marketing Manager structuring and leading strategic initiatives for TV Globo’s Marketing area. Collaborating on data integration and operational strategies for business growth and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Structure and lead the integration of the Marketing planning function at TV Globo, coordinating the directorate's verticals and consolidating a data hub, targets and a 360° view of the area’s value delivery to the business, enhancing information quality, analytical capabilities and decision-support for leadership;
  • Lead the digital P&L growth strategy (specifically social media), organizing and documenting processes and the operational and creative delivery journey of Marketing for requesting areas and clients, enabling a more predictive approach by anticipating products and solutions and creating new revenue and partnership opportunities;
  • Lead high-impact institutional projects and initiatives, organizing requests, coordinating the involved areas and ensuring excellent execution of the defined plan;
  • Produce insights and commercial direction for the area’s products and solutions, increasing value delivery to partners and consistently aligning Globo’s creative product context with clients’ objectives;
  • Manage internal resources and agencies responsible for executing planning-related activities;
  • Manage and monitor the area’s overall budget and targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication (Advertising), Marketing or a related field;
  • Proven experience in project management, strategic planning, information integration and strong analytical skills;
  • Experience leading people, processes and projects, with strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and influencing skills;
  • Strategic thinking: ability to connect data and insights to business decisions;
  • Intellectual curiosity: eagerness to learn, investigate and propose new approaches;
  • Collaboration: ability to work collaboratively with diverse, multidisciplinary teams;
  • Autonomy and organization: ability to prioritize deliverables and manage one’s time across simultaneous projects;
  • Clear and empathetic communication: able to translate complex topics into simple, persuasive narratives;
  • Critical and constructive perspective: willingness to challenge the status quo and propose continuous improvements.
