Trade Marketing Analyst executing cooperative actions with partners and managing POS materials for Tecban. Responsible for planning, budgeting, and measuring results.
Responsibilities
Cooperative actions with partners: plan, budget, negotiate, execute and measure cooperative initiatives, ensuring agreed deliverables, compliance and ROI.
Promotional items/giveaways: develop the portfolio, manage RFQs and purchases with Procurement, oversee inventory, distribution and controls (usage policy and expense reporting).
POS materials / Point-of-Sale (POS) displays: prepare briefs, validate layouts, approve proofs and implement materials in the field (stoppers, wobblers, banners, displays, etc.), with schedules, SLAs and execution KPIs.
Vendor/supplier interface: end-to-end management (briefing, quotes, contracts/orders, production, logistics and delivery), ensuring quality, timelines and cost controls.
Institutional promotional activities and events: establish calendar, materials, giveaways, activations and post-event follow-up, consolidating results and learnings.
Outsourcing projects: coordinate initiatives with partners (e.g., promoters, dedicated activations, teams at partner banks), ensuring governance of scope, service levels and KPIs.
Budget and metrics: manage budget (OPEX/CAPEX), control POs, measure results (sell-out when applicable), report KPIs and pursue efficiency gains/savings.
Governance and brand: ensure consistency of visual identity, giveaway policies and legal compliance (contracts, brand usage, partnership terms), as well as data security and LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law).
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree required
Previous experience in Trade Marketing, especially with POS materials and signage
Experience with promotional materials and point-of-sale activations
Intermediate Excel skills for compiling schedules and analyzing data
Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments
