About the role

  • HR Analyst managing benefits programs and compliance for Gupy. Ensures effective communication and support regarding available employee benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for administering and managing the company’s employee benefits programs. Acts as the primary point of contact for employees and benefits providers, ensuring all programs are aligned with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage and coordinate all benefits programs, including health insurance, life insurance, private pension, wellness benefits, meal allowance (VR), childcare allowance, and dental plan.
  • Advisory and Support: Provide support and guidance to employees regarding available benefits, answering questions and resolving related issues.
  • Compliance: Ensure all benefits programs comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Vendor Negotiation: Negotiate and manage contracts with benefits providers, securing favorable terms for the company.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Conduct periodic analyses of benefits programs and prepare reports on their usage and effectiveness.
  • Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to promote benefits and increase employee awareness.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date on market trends and best practices in benefits, proposing improvements and updates when necessary.
  • Budget Management: Control and monitor the benefits budget, ensuring efficiency and cost control.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or related fields. Postgraduate studies or specialized courses in benefits are a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in benefits administration.
  • Knowledge: Solid knowledge of labor and benefits regulations, as well as market trends.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Competencies: Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with medical leave and occupational health & safety is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel.
