About the role

Responsibilities
- Own and continuously develop the Group’s integrated planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term strategic planning

- Lead the development of FP&A capabilities including digital planning tools, analytics, and performance management frameworks

Requirements
- Extensive experience from FP&A, corporate finance, or performance management roles within a global organisation
- Advanced proficiency in financial software, including Excel and financial planning systems (for example BPC, Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan)
- Effective communication and confident interaction with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams
- Proven leadership experience in building and developing finance teams and influencing senior stakeholders in complex organisations
- Project management experience leading initiatives across a global organisation
