About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide analytical and project management support to the Data Center Team
- Collaborate with the Data Center Investment Officer to drive deal flow
- Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors for successful project delivery
- Evaluate data center investments through financial analysis and modeling
- Prepare investment memos and feasibility studies for senior management
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of financial and real estate concepts, including joint venture partnerships and internal rates of return
- Ability to create and modify cash flow models using Argus and Microsoft Excel
- Experience analyzing real estate and construction documents including LOIs and contracts
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically
