About the role
- Internal Communication intern at Veepee developing and adapting communication strategies. Collaborating with international teams in a dynamic e-commerce environment.
Responsibilities
- Sviluppare, implementare e adattare a livello locale la strategia di Internal Communication, in coordinamento con il Gruppo Veepee, secondo la mission Inform, Engage & Give Sense;
- Organizzare e gestire il calendario di attività di Internal Communication, realizzando e diffondendo i contenuti attraverso i tool e i canali di comunicazione interna (e-mail, Slack, intranet);
- Pianificare, organizzare e gestire le attività di Engagement: eventi interni, aperitivi a tema, meeting tematici;
- Pianificare, organizzare e gestire i Solidarity Days, l’evento di solidarietà aziendale che coinvolge tutti i collaboratori in Italia, in coordinamento con il Gruppo Veepee e la Fondazione Veepee;
- Garantire la chiarezza dei messaggi di comunicazione interna attraverso i vari canali e per i diversi dipartimenti dell’organizzazione;
- Collaborare e condividere con il team Comunicazione locale e internazionale; reportistica.

Requirements
- Hai una laurea triennale o magistrale in materie umanistiche o economiche;
- Hai una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Hai maturato una significativa esperienza pregressa in ambito comunicazione, in contesti aziendali o di agenzia;
- Ti piace lavorare per obiettivi e gestire progetti in un ambiente dinamico;
- Hai ottime capacità di redazione testi;
- Sai una persona organizzata, attenta alle tempistiche e ai dettagli ed orientata ad utilizzare i tool tecnologici utili per il tuo lavoro;
- Sei una persona creativa, energica e positiva con ottime skill relazionali;
- Sei un team player.
