About the role

  • Communications Manager for Retail Leadership Communications, crafting engaging internal and external messaging at Fidelity's Wealth and Brokerage business units.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly for the VP, Retail Leadership Communications
  • Support the development and execution of internal communications programs
  • Engage and support the needs of the external communications team
  • Create, proof-read, format, and manage distribution of business unit and senior leader communications
  • Partner with in-house creative solutions team or outside vendors on video and design for communications programs
  • Manage multiple and simultaneous projects
  • Measure the effectiveness of communications programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience
  • Financial services knowledge preferred
