About the role

  • Chargé de communication RP au sein de Veepee, acteur de vente en ligne en Europe. Gérer les communications RP et éditoriales, préparation de contenus et relations médias.

Responsibilities

  • Integrated into the Group Communications Department and supervised by the Head of External Comms France-Benelux, your main responsibilities will cover PR and editorial communications for the Benelux region.
  • Creation and updating of press materials: drafting press releases and press kits, preparing and maintaining press lists, producing presentations and benchmarks.
  • PR activities: following up with journalists on targeted topics, preparing dedicated press reviews, and supporting and organizing press events for our Benelux activities.
  • Editorial content writing: assisting with the monthly newsletter, blog articles and success stories, and drafting LinkedIn posts in French and English.
  • Identifying awards, trophies and rankings relevant to the group and its various departments.
  • Public relations support: preparing materials for the Executive team for interviews and external speaking engagements.
  • Ongoing monitoring of news and trends, spotting opportunities for external communications and developing ad-hoc content.
  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis of media coverage and preparing monthly and quarterly reports.

Requirements

  • You are currently pursuing a higher education degree (Master’s level, Bac+4/5) in communications, journalism, business school, or similar.
  • You have a first experience in communications gained in a PR agency or within an in-house PR/Communications team.
  • Excellent writing skills; you are independent, proactive, creative and able to build constructive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong interest in traditional and new media; knowledge of the digital/retail media sector is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English is essential (a large portion of verbal and written exchanges will be in English).
  • Good command of office tools (Google Workspace, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Availability for a 6-month internship starting in January–February.
