About the role

  • Technical Support Specialist providing premium support for automotive clients such as Ford and GM. Focused on system integration, customer support, and training.

Responsibilities

  • Perform system commissioning at customer sites
  • Integrate our products into customer environments
  • Provide technical support for our electronic and software products
  • Conduct internal testing to ensure reliability and performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (preferred), software engineering, or mechanical engineering
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience (internships are considered)
  • Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink
  • Excellent command of English and French
  • Passion for problem-solving, ability to work under pressure, and strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
