About the role

  • Sales Executive focusing on active client prospecting for healthcare solutions provider, Boon. Managing leads, scheduling strategic meetings, and partnering with the sales team for success.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct active prospecting of new clients (companies).
  • Qualify leads generated by marketing and other sources.
  • Make initial contact with potential clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and professional networks.
  • Identify needs and business opportunities related to health benefits management.
  • Schedule strategic meetings for the sales team.
  • Update and organize information in the CRM.
  • Track performance indicators and targets for opportunity generation.
  • Work in partnership with marketing and sales to optimize the generation of qualified leads.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in pre-sales, prospecting, or lead generation (SDR/BDR).
  • Experience with CRM and prospecting tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical profile with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Higher education completed or in progress (preferred).
