About the role

  • Executive Assistant managing high-level executive support for Veeam Software's CEO. Requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office with on-site requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with another EA to ensure seamless support of the Office of the CEO.
  • Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities, and calendars.
  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling with senior leadership, maintaining diplomacy and discretion.
  • Organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle time-sensitive and confidential information, ensuring timely follow-up and action.
  • Organize, execute, and assist with team activities.
  • Ensure well-organized and up-to-date travel logistics, expense reports, and other administrative needs.
  • Collaborate with the EA team to manage onsite meals, events, and employee activities, and ensure the office is well stocked with kitchen and office supplies.
  • Liaise with property management on facility work orders as needed.
  • Prioritize Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity initiatives for your executives.
  • Have fun at work—and help others do the same.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years supporting high level executives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • This role is currently working onsite five days a week
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
  • Ability to learn new technologies/applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
