About the role

  • Entry-Level Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership at Atlantic Health Strategies. Offering administrative support and gaining real-world experience in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Keep leadership organized - calendars, scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Draft and polish professional emails, internal communications, and reports.
  • Create and format documents and presentations using Microsoft Office and Canva.
  • Support our social media presence, including LinkedIn content and coordination.
  • Organize files, track project deliverables, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Help coordinate meetings - agendas, materials, notes, and action items.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion in line with HIPAA standards.
  • Pitch in on special projects and operational initiatives as they come up.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Canva - you know your way around a well-designed document or graphic.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written communication skills - you can write clearly and professionally.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
  • A professional, proactive attitude.
