About the role

- Handle disputes related to accident insurance, issue decisions on objections and prepare court submissions
- Manage disputes concerning loss-of-earnings (sickness) insurance: negotiate, mediate and draft court filings
- Analyze and respond to legal questions from colleagues (case managers) in LAA and loss-of-earnings (sickness), underwriters and brokers
- Actively participate in internal projects and training
Requirements
- Master's degree in law or equivalent qualification
- Ideally some initial experience in a similar role within social insurance
- Native French speaker; proficiency in Italian and German is an asset
- Proficient with common IT tools (MS Office)
