Responsibilities
Identify and gather stakeholders' requirements
Translate business needs into application solutions and write User Stories
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies
Document processes and implemented solutions
Define acceptance criteria for deliverables with stakeholders
Support developers during implementation phases to ensure a clear understanding of requirements
Support the tester during system and integration testing phases (ST, SIT)
Assist users during the user acceptance testing and deployment phases
Contribute experience to optimize working methods, analysis, requirements elicitation and value-seeking within the team
Analyze and classify production incidents
Requirements
Higher education degree such as HES, EPF, UNI in computer science or equivalent
Skills in analyzing business and technical requirements (functional and non-functional) and in writing User Stories, functional specifications and test plans
Proven skills in modeling business and technical processes using BPMN
Knowledge of relational databases and data modeling principles
Excellent command of French and minimum B2 level in English
Experience in the insurance sector, particularly in Personal Insurance (LAA, PGM)
Knowledge of German is a plus
UX/UI awareness
Business Analysis certifications are appreciated
Understanding of overall IT architecture and integration challenges (APIs, microservices, etc.)
