About the role
- Business Analyst developing and maintaining solutions for the insurance sector, focusing on stakeholder collaboration and Agile methodologies. Engaging in projects related to accident insurance and personal insurance.
Responsibilities
- Identify and gather stakeholders' requirements
- Translate business needs into application solutions and write User Stories
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies
- Document processes and implemented solutions
- Define acceptance criteria for deliverables with stakeholders
- Support developers during implementation phases to ensure a clear understanding of requirements
- Support the tester during system and integration testing phases (ST, SIT)
- Assist users during the user acceptance testing and deployment phases
- Contribute experience to optimize working methods, analysis, requirements elicitation and value-seeking within the team
- Analyze and classify production incidents
Requirements
- Higher education degree such as HES, EPF, UNI in computer science or equivalent
- Skills in analyzing business and technical requirements (functional and non-functional) and in writing User Stories, functional specifications and test plans
- Proven skills in modeling business and technical processes using BPMN
- Knowledge of relational databases and data modeling principles
- Excellent command of French and minimum B2 level in English
- Experience in the insurance sector, particularly in Personal Insurance (LAA, PGM)
- Knowledge of German is a plus
- UX/UI awareness
- Business Analysis certifications are appreciated
- Understanding of overall IT architecture and integration challenges (APIs, microservices, etc.)
