Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technical or financial environments.
- Strong professional experience in card payments.
- In-depth knowledge of authorisation, clearing, and settlement processes.
- Experience working directly with payment processors and complex transaction workflows.
- Familiarity with API integrations and experience with card management systems.
- Fluent in English with the ability to project confidence and credibility when presenting technical concepts to clients.
- Skilled in requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and process visualization using tools like Jira or Confluence.
