About the role

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assess customers with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Schedule appointments and manage the workshop calendar
  • Recommend additional products and services
  • Manage technical and administrative follow-up of customer files
  • Monitor work progress and handle complaints and claims

Requirements

  • Vocational qualification (CAP) to higher technician certificate (BTS) in automotive maintenance or after-sales
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar role
  • Competitive drive and strong commercial/sales orientation
  • Technical aptitude
  • Customer-service mindset and ability to reassure clients
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Proficient in administrative tasks and scheduling
