Responsibilities
Provide telephone and written consultation for spare parts requests across building services, building and industrial technologies, and project business
Provide technical support to customers for all inquiries related to domestic, building, and industrial technology systems
Receive spare parts orders by phone and in writing, enter orders into the ERP system, and ensure on-time delivery in close cooperation with the specialist departments
Independently prepare quotations for spare parts requests
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship with a good technical understanding, or alternatively a completed apprenticeship in a sanitary or electrical trade with solid commercial understanding
At least two years of professional experience in administrative processing
Good knowledge of MS Office and an ERP system
Strong team player with customer focus, reliability, and organizational skills
