Responsibilities
Help tell Vanguard’s story by shaping how millions of investors experience our communications and digital products
Partner with leaders, designers, researchers, and SMEs to craft clear, inclusive, and insightful content
Use data to test, learn, and iterate
Create in-depth, compelling communications and positioning on a range of subjects
Exercise decision making authority and interact with user experience test subjects
Display versatility and demonstrate understanding of user experience principles
Partner with user experience team to set up tests, measure effectiveness, and create communication content
Present and "sell" content and design solutions to senior management
Plan communication content considering universal design principles
Provide creative direction and guidance on messaging and/or content strategy
Lead the creation of new approaches or processes
Serve as a mentor to less experienced writers
Requirements
Five years related work experience
Two years in user experience, digital marketing, or similar preferred
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
