Leads cross-functional sales compensation strategy and execution projects
Supports the annual sales planning process in collaboration with business planning efforts
Serves as a subject matter expert on sales compensation
Manages the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of sales compensation reporting
Supports sales compensation governance committee meetings and leadership communications
Drives process automation and optimization
Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks
Requirements
Minimum of five years related work experience
Two years of managing a project preferred
Financial Services and function-specific experience preferred
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required
Graduate degree preferred
