About the role

Responsibilities

  • Leads cross-functional sales compensation strategy and execution projects
  • Supports the annual sales planning process in collaboration with business planning efforts
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on sales compensation
  • Manages the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of sales compensation reporting
  • Supports sales compensation governance committee meetings and leadership communications
  • Drives process automation and optimization
  • Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years related work experience
  • Two years of managing a project preferred
  • Financial Services and function-specific experience preferred
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required
  • Graduate degree preferred
