About the role

  • Consulting with plan sponsors to develop engagement strategies for participants. Leveraging insights and metrics at one of the world's largest investment management companies.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with Workplace Solution's plan sponsors to create and implement effective communications strategies.
  • Develop participant engagement strategies tailored to provide solutions that meet client and participant needs.
  • Consult with plan sponsor clients using key plan metrics, participant insights, and our proven participant communications approaches to drive positive participant outcomes.
  • Identify trends for future application.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years related work experience, with strong client facing experience and executive presence (B2B preferred).
  • Experience/familiarity with the 401(k) recordkeeping business preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
