Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise BHS maintenance activities.
- Manage maintenance teams from Vanderlande, consortium partner and client resources.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and compliance with contractual SLAs/KPIs.
- Analyze system performance, failures, and trends; drive corrective and preventive actions including root cause analysis and action closure.
- Review maintenance plans, spare parts management, and failure reduction initiatives.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
- Lead regular internal and client review meetings.
- Manage manpower deployment and optimize team performance.
- Prepare performance reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management and clients.
- Review spare parts availability and status of replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, QMS, and audit requirements as per Vanderlande standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Drive training, competency development, and multi-skilling of teams.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, escalate critical issues responsibly, and maintain a culture of transparency and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Master’s Degree or professional certifications (PMP, Reliability, EHS) are an advantage.
- 10+ years of experience in maintenance of automated or material handling systems.
- 5+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong experience with BHS maintenance and airport operations preferred.
- Proven strong client-facing and partner management experience with negotiation and conflict resolution exposure.
