Responsibilities
- Manage network performance
- Define and monitor commercial, financial and operational objectives
- Analyze key performance indicators (revenue, margin, labor costs, shrinkage, productivity)
- Implement development action plans
- Optimize costs and improve network profitability
- Lead, motivate, support and develop the skills of store managers and their teams
- Maintain a regular and structured presence in the field
- Standardize managerial and operational practices
- Lead regular network meetings
- Participate in recruiting key positions and onboarding new employees
- Ensure compliance with Group processes, recipes and standards
- Oversee work organization (schedules, workflows, productivity)
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety and traceability standards (HACCP)
- Roll out commercial operations, promotions and product launches
- Ensure consistency of visual identity and in-store communication
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvement actions
- Serve as the link between Head Office, stores and support functions (HR, purchasing, marketing, accounting, QSE)
Requirements
- Degree Bac+2 to Bac+5 in business, management, commerce or hospitality/food service
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in multi-site management
- Experience in bakery, restaurant or retail environments highly valued
- Experience managing multi-site teams
- Financial management and performance analysis
- Organized, rigorous and autonomous
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
