About the role

  • Process and Quality Manager overseeing project processes and quality in high voltage sector. Engaging in project management tools and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation and rollout of processes in projects within the overhead power line/high-voltage line industry.
  • Review of implemented processes, including success monitoring and evaluation of improvement measures.
  • Ensuring quality in document management.
  • Point of contact for project teams on all process-related matters and document templates.
  • Planning, organizing, and preparing/following up project meetings (PMO meetings).
  • Development and application of project management tools and methods.
  • Establishment and maintenance of a centralized lessons-learned database.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in business or a technical field, or an equivalent qualification such as a certified business administrator (Fachwirt) or technician.
  • Whether you're an entry-level candidate or have several years of experience in process and quality management: we offer the appropriate level to start.
  • Confident user of standard MS Office applications is required.
  • Additional experience with MS Project is advantageous.
  • You demonstrate team spirit, assertiveness, a quick grasp of new topics, and strong organizational skills.
  • You have a valid driver's license (class B) and are willing to travel regularly (approx. 3–4 days per week).
  • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken (at least C1 level), are required.
