About the role

  • HR Business Partner providing innovative HR solutions for a leading airport logistics provider. Handling operational personnel matters and supporting recruiting processes in collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Part of the P&O team responsible for implementing innovative HR solutions
  • Responsible for the high-quality execution of operational HR activities
  • Primary point of contact for all questions related to operational HR work
  • Advising and supporting employees and managers
  • Responsible for the recruiting process, including advising during hiring
  • Supporting the further development of HR tools and processes
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of global and local Compensation & Benefits (C&B) processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, social sciences, or law (ideally with a focus on HR)
  • Several years of specialized experience in HR consulting, preferably within an international corporation
  • Solid expertise in employment law and related frameworks
  • Experience designing instruments for a state-of-the-art Compensation & Benefits landscape
  • Experience conducting employee and manager conversations
  • Team player with strong communication skills and high interpersonal competence
  • Structured and independent working style
  • Systemic training is an advantage but not required
