Responsibilities
Part of the P&O team responsible for implementing innovative HR solutions
Responsible for the high-quality execution of operational HR activities
Primary point of contact for all questions related to operational HR work
Advising and supporting employees and managers
Responsible for the recruiting process, including advising during hiring
Supporting the further development of HR tools and processes
Contributing to the development and implementation of global and local Compensation & Benefits (C&B) processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in economics, social sciences, or law (ideally with a focus on HR)
Several years of specialized experience in HR consulting, preferably within an international corporation
Solid expertise in employment law and related frameworks
Experience designing instruments for a state-of-the-art Compensation & Benefits landscape
Experience conducting employee and manager conversations
Team player with strong communication skills and high interpersonal competence
Structured and independent working style
Systemic training is an advantage but not required
