About the role

Responsibilities
- Part of the P&O team responsible for implementing innovative HR solutions
- Responsible for the high-quality execution of operational HR activities
- Primary point of contact for all questions related to operational HR work
- Advising and supporting employees and managers
- Responsible for the recruiting process, including advising during hiring
- Supporting the further development of HR tools and processes
- Contributing to the development and implementation of global and local Compensation & Benefits (C&B) processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, social sciences, or law (ideally with a focus on HR)
- Several years of specialized experience in HR consulting, preferably within an international corporation
- Solid expertise in employment law and related frameworks
- Experience designing instruments for a state-of-the-art Compensation & Benefits landscape
- Experience conducting employee and manager conversations
- Team player with strong communication skills and high interpersonal competence
- Structured and independent working style
- Systemic training is an advantage but not required
