SuccessFactors Talent Consultant responsible for implementation of SuccessFactors modules and ensuring quality delivery. Engaging in both client-facing and internal activities for successful project completion.
Responsibilities
The lead functional consultant is responsible for the implementation of a single SuccessFactors EC and/or Talent module within an overall program or projects implementing SuccessFactors covering both the internal and external (client facing) activities required for successful implementation.
Applying best practices, country specific knowledge, and technical know-how they will ensure that the solution fits the client’s requirements and specifications.
The role ensures that all Professional Services programs or projects deliver the right quality of deliverables into a customer’s Production environment such that Strada meets the client’s expectations for go live and provides a platform for a long and mutually beneficial relationship.
The role has responsibility for delivery according to the appropriate implementation methodology (Elevate) for the program and for ensuring it is used and applied consistently within the program.
After implementation also Application Maintenance & support activities could be fulfilled.
The role also supports the Sales function with scoping, due diligence, solution design, estimating and SoW creation and review for all projects to ensure the full scope of an implementation is known and documented.
Requirements
Excellent experience in HR services delivery, HR consulting or similar internal HRIS/HRIT function
Demonstratable experience in the implementation and application service of SuccessFactors products
Experience of at least one end to end global (more than 5 countries) deployment project involving Employee Central or another SFSF module as functional consultant.
SuccessFactors Associate Level Certification in Employee Central
SuccessFactors Professional Certification in SF modules like Onboarding, Recruiting and/or PMGM and SD
Business proficient in English
Knowledge regarding SF across module integrations and external integrations via BIB and CPI are a plus
Demonstrated project management skills is a plus
HR business process experience is a plus
German language skills are a plus
