About the role

  • Selling Analyst responsible for managing sales processes and systems in a hybrid role at Valgroup. Ensuring smooth operations in the sales department with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Create and enter sales orders in the company’s computerized system
  • Create price tables in the computerized system
  • Submit master data for the creation of a new business partner
  • Maintain Sales Information Records
  • Check and approve orders from sales representatives via the system
  • Modify existing sales orders (price, delivery date, payment terms, etc.)
  • Perform portfolio follow-up (advances, extensions, coordination with other areas, etc.)
  • Verify stock availability
  • Generate and reverse shipments
  • Monitor and handle sample returns
  • Monitor and analyze forecasts
  • Track stagnant/obsolete stock items
  • Provide coverage during colleagues’ absences

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related fields
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the role, area or related functions
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of ERP SAP and related systems (Salesforce, BI, etc.)
  • Understanding of commercial/sales processes
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, report creation and tracking procurement/purchasing metrics
