About the role

Responsibilities
- Create and enter sales orders in the company’s computerized system
- Create price tables in the computerized system
- Submit master data for the creation of a new business partner
- Maintain Sales Information Records
- Check and approve orders from sales representatives via the system
- Modify existing sales orders (price, delivery date, payment terms, etc.)
- Perform portfolio follow-up (advances, extensions, coordination with other areas, etc.)
- Verify stock availability
- Generate and reverse shipments
- Monitor and handle sample returns
- Monitor and analyze forecasts
- Track stagnant/obsolete stock items
- Provide coverage during colleagues’ absences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the role, area or related functions
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of ERP SAP and related systems (Salesforce, BI, etc.)
- Understanding of commercial/sales processes
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, report creation and tracking procurement/purchasing metrics
