Sales Support role responsible for customer consultation and order coordination in fleet management at PostFinance. Assisting customers throughout the vehicle lifecycle with service leasing management.
Responsibilities
You advise and support your assigned customers on all matters related to fleet management and full-service leasing, working closely with the responsible Key Account Manager.
Along the vehicle lifecycle, you obtain vehicle quotes according to customer requirements, prepare calculations and contracts independently, and place vehicle orders.
At the end of the contract term, you are responsible for the accurate final billing.
During the contract term, you review the agreed services, adjust contracts when necessary, prepare customer reports and provide professional recommendations to our clients.
You take on cross-departmental coordination of customer orders and the clarification of customer inquiries.
Requirements
You have completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship and bring experience in customer service and/or internal sales, preferably in the automotive industry, fleet management or a service company in another sector.
You enjoy customer contact and administrative tasks and possess strong organizational and coordination skills.
High customer focus, proactivity and an accurate, reliable working style characterize you.
Good PC user skills, especially with Microsoft Office applications, are required.
You communicate very well in German, both verbally and in writing. In addition, you have very good spoken and written English skills. French is an advantage.
