Responsibilities
- Transformeren van zakelijke behoeften in innovatieve IT-oplossingen door het opstellen van user stories en intuïtieve ontwerpen.
- Analyseren en verbeteren van bedrijfsprocessen om digitale transformatie te bevorderen.
- Ondersteunen van de levering en implementatie van IT-oplossingen, van concept tot voltooiing.
- Samenwerken met multidisciplinaire teams om succesvolle projectresultaten te waarborgen.
- Beheren van IT-leveringsprojecten in agile, hybride of traditionele omgevingen.
Requirements
- Een nieuwsgierige en leergierige instelling; je kijkt verder dan het voor de hand liggende.
- 2 tot 8 jaar relevante werkervaring in functies zoals businessanalyse, IT-consultancy of projectmanagement.
- Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevant vakgebied (bijv. Bedrijfskunde, Informatie Management of Computerwetenschappen).
- Affiniteit met IT en technologie, zoals applicatieontwikkeling of low-/high-code oplossingen.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om met verschillende belanghebbenden te communiceren.
- Vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
- Ervaring met agile werken is een plus.
