Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders, contribute to project deliverables, and help drive impactful IT strategies.
• Transform business needs into innovative IT solutions by crafting user stories and intuitive designs.
• Support the delivery and implementation of IT solutions, from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Manage IT delivery projects in agile, hybrid, or traditional environments.

Requirements

• A curious and eager-to-learn mindset; you look beyond the obvious.
• 2 to 8 years of relevant work experience in roles such as business analysis, IT consultancy, or project management.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Management, or Computer Science).
• Affinity with IT and technology, such as application development or low-/high-code solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with agile working is a plus.
