About the role
- Consultant developing IT solutions in ECM and ERP. Analyzing processes and supporting clients to implement document management systems.
Responsibilities
- Development, integration and implementation of IT solutions in the area of ECM/ERP
- Analysis of current processes together with our solution architects, development of target workflows and implementation of the corresponding functional specifications
- Responsibility for project rollout, customer support and the development of document management systems
- Oversight of the testing phase, go-live and delivery of training sessions
- Support in requirements analysis and IT design in collaboration with the team and clients
Requirements
- Completed technical degree with basic business administration knowledge or vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker); comparable qualifications are also welcome
- Relevant professional experience, ideally in customer consulting or in a technical project environment
- Strong business administration knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC and initial experience with ECM desirable
- Basic knowledge of a scripting language and experience with relational or NoSQL databases is an advantage
