Requirements
- Final stage of Master’s degree (MSc) in relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems)
- Prior experience with finance processes
- Strong interest in hands-on process automation in finance
- Ability to structure and document processes clearly
- Understanding of controls (approvals, evidence, audit trail)
- Practical experience in building automations or RPA workflows (e.g. Power Automate, UiPath)
- Curious, analytical, and proactive mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English
