About the role

  • Business development & client acquisition
  • Identifying, qualifying and winning new clients and projects
  • Independently building and maintaining an active sales pipeline
  • Developing acquisition strategies, target account lists and market segmentations
  • Participating in industry events, trade shows and networking formats to generate leads
  • Sales management & reporting
  • Responsibility for new client revenue and sales KPIs
  • Establishing and maintaining a transparent CRM process with forecasting and reporting to executive management
  • Preparing proposals and cost calculations together with project managers
  • Conducting contract and price negotiations in coordination with management
  • Acting as the interface with Marketing and Communications in creating sales-related content

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Passion for UX, design, software, technology and innovation
  • Strong negotiation skills and a confident presence at decision-maker level (C-level, procurement, business units)
  • Experience with CRM tools, lead management and sales reporting
  • Strong sense for customer needs and market opportunities
  • Structured, proactive and self-reliant working style
  • Confident presentation skills in German (C1) and good command of English
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, networking events and presentations
  • Team player
