Responsibilities

Proporcionar informes periódicos sobre el desempeño de las iniciativas de CX
Requirements
Egresado, Bachiller o Titulado de Marketing, Psicología, Administración de Empresas, o carreras afines.
Deseable: Especializaciones en Customer Experience, Behavioral Design, Herramientas analíticas y de visualización.
Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en análisis de datos, experiencia del cliente o investigación de mercado / clientes.
Habilidades Analíticas: Dominio de herramientas de análisis de datos y visualización de datos.
Habilidades Blandas: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
Fuerte enfoque en la satisfacción del cliente y comprensión de sus necesidades y expectativas.
Pensamiento crítico y capacidad para resolver problemas.
Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con diferentes departamentos.
Creatividad en la identificación de oportunidades de mejora en la experiencia del cliente.
