About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high credit rating within the department
  • Involved in the initial assessment process for new credits
  • Manage the workflow regarding credit approval discussions
  • Ensure all credit processes are adequate, including timely completion of credit requests
  • Handle past due management and credit quality goals
  • Oversee problem credit management and CRA/PRM compliance
  • May be responsible for client contact and revenue enhancement depending on needs
  • Manage and lead a staff of portfolio managers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting or other related field
  • 10 or more years of banking experience
  • Five or more years of management experience
