Responsibilities
Maintain a high credit rating within the department
Involved in the initial assessment process for new credits
Manage the workflow regarding credit approval discussions
Ensure all credit processes are adequate, including timely completion of credit requests
Handle past due management and credit quality goals
Oversee problem credit management and CRA/PRM compliance
May be responsible for client contact and revenue enhancement depending on needs
Manage and lead a staff of portfolio managers
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting or other related field
10 or more years of banking experience
Five or more years of management experience
