About the role

  • Product Manager leading automation and AI solutions in financial services with a focus on customer experience. Collaborating across teams and driving operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support feature-level roadmaps aligned to the Operations Enablement product vision, business priorities, and regulatory obligations.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, AI/ML, and workflow orchestration to reduce manual effort, cycle times, and error rates.
  • Apply OKRs, outcome-based metrics, and value frameworks to guide prioritization and measure impact.
  • Support end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery, ideation, and experimentation through delivery, launch, and optimization for assigned features.
  • Partner with Agile delivery teams to define clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
  • Validate solutions through customer and employee feedback, data analysis, and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing, pilots, phased rollouts).
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to deliver intelligent automation (RPA, workflow automation, event-driven processing) and AI/ML-enabled capabilities (e.g., decisioning, classification, routing, recommendations).
  • Identify operational pain points and facilitate design of scalable solutions that improve efficiency, quality, compliance, and resiliency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in financial services, FinTech, operations, or platform products.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, risk management, and regulatory constraints.
  • Experience working in Agile product teams using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently with directional guidance and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, servicing platforms, or enterprise workflow management systems.
  • High level knowledge of or experience with AI/ML-enabled products, intelligent automation (RPA), or workflow platforms.
