Responsibilities
Support 24 hour banking and specialty contact centers by conducting deep dive analysis to answer business questions
Improve customer experience and operations transformation related to contact centers
Responsible for very complex reporting projects that gather and integrate large volumes of data
Perform in depth analysis, interprets results and develops actionable insights and recommendations for use across the company
Acquire data from multiple data sources in order to perform analysis and reporting
Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data to provide recommendations for action
Present data and analysis in a clear and concise manner
Collaborate with various partners to provide a holistic view of the analysis
Measure and monitor results of applied recommendations and present adjustments
Ensure all data acquisition, sharing and results of applied recommendations are compliant with company standards
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Five to seven years of data analysis experience
Experience in Python and SQL for querying data, unions, joins, data extraction, data mining
Power BI experience to visualize and present insights in a meaningful way
Ability to maintain effective partnerships through strong collaboration with diverse business partners, internal teams, leaders, and product owners
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Strong organization and project management skills in a deadline driven environment
Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
