About the role

  • Advanced Analyst supporting U.S. Bank's 24 hour banking and specialty contact centers. Conducting deep dive analysis to improve customer experience and operations transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Support 24 hour banking and specialty contact centers by conducting deep dive analysis to answer business questions
  • Improve customer experience and operations transformation related to contact centers
  • Responsible for very complex reporting projects that gather and integrate large volumes of data
  • Perform in depth analysis, interprets results and develops actionable insights and recommendations for use across the company
  • Acquire data from multiple data sources in order to perform analysis and reporting
  • Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data to provide recommendations for action
  • Present data and analysis in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborate with various partners to provide a holistic view of the analysis
  • Measure and monitor results of applied recommendations and present adjustments
  • Ensure all data acquisition, sharing and results of applied recommendations are compliant with company standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five to seven years of data analysis experience
  • Experience in Python and SQL for querying data, unions, joins, data extraction, data mining
  • Power BI experience to visualize and present insights in a meaningful way
  • Ability to maintain effective partnerships through strong collaboration with diverse business partners, internal teams, leaders, and product owners
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organization and project management skills in a deadline driven environment
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
