  • Collaborates with unit leadership to meet customer service quality outcomes
  • Conducts monthly analysis of customer service scorecard metrics

Requirements

  • Requires HS diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
