Responsibilities
Provide level 1 support for our Treasury product: Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Equities;
Act as the focal point between the client and technical teams (development, support, operations);
Support handling requests and incidents, performing analysis and problem resolution;
Manage and track requests, including prioritization, functional validation, and support for user acceptance testing (UAT).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed);
Previous experience in corporate client support, acting as the interface between the business and technical areas;
Proven knowledge of Treasury products, including Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, SWAPs, and Flexible Options;
Understanding of operational workflows and the lifecycle of treasury operations, from trade execution, booking/recording, pricing, corporate actions/events, settlement through to reconciliation/closure;
Experience supporting investment systems, analyzing requests, incidents, and operational queries related to financial products;
The following knowledge/experience is a plus:
Functional knowledge of accounting applied to investments, including accounting impacts, provisions, mark-to-market, and reconciliations.
