About the role

  • Analista de atendimento pleno at Evertec handling customer support for treasury products. Involved in client interface, incident resolution, and product demand management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide level 1 support for our Treasury product: Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Equities;
  • Act as the focal point between the client and technical teams (development, support, operations);
  • Support handling requests and incidents, performing analysis and problem resolution;
  • Manage and track requests, including prioritization, functional validation, and support for user acceptance testing (UAT).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed);
  • Previous experience in corporate client support, acting as the interface between the business and technical areas;
  • Proven knowledge of Treasury products, including Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, SWAPs, and Flexible Options;
  • Understanding of operational workflows and the lifecycle of treasury operations, from trade execution, booking/recording, pricing, corporate actions/events, settlement through to reconciliation/closure;
  • Experience supporting investment systems, analyzing requests, incidents, and operational queries related to financial products;
  • The following knowledge/experience is a plus:
  • Functional knowledge of accounting applied to investments, including accounting impacts, provisions, mark-to-market, and reconciliations.
