- Work with clinical recruiters and leadership to stay plugged into what practices are offering in both national and local markets, ensuring we stay relevant, competitive, and ahead of industry trends.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruitment, sourcing, sales, or related experience preferred; healthcare experience a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with CRM or ATS platforms (Beamery, iCIMS, Workday, or similar).
