About the role
- Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring smooth and consistent service delivery
- Liaise with internal teams to maintain accurate reporting and documentation
- Prepare and review client reports, investor factsheets, and relevant documentation
- Monitor account performance, identify risks, and implement effective solutions
- Ensure correct billing and fees, and support legislative or compliance updates
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and insights
Requirements
- LLB degree (essential)
- Completed vocational training (articles of clerkship) and admitted as an attorney in South Africa
- 2–4 years’ post-admission experience as an attorney
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet performance targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, empathy, and emotional intelligence
