Responsibilities
Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring smooth and consistent service delivery
Liaise with internal teams to maintain accurate reporting and documentation
Prepare and review client reports, investor factsheets, and relevant documentation
Monitor account performance, identify risks, and implement effective solutions
Ensure correct billing and fees, and support legislative or compliance updates
Act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and insights
Requirements
LLB degree (essential)
Completed vocational training (articles of clerkship) and admitted as an attorney in South Africa
2–4 years’ post-admission experience as an attorney
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet performance targets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism, empathy, and emotional intelligence
