Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the FRSE region, addressing each stage from awareness to conversion
Plan, manage, and scale campaigns across SEA, SEO, Affiliate, Paid Social, Email, Influencer Marketing, PR, OOH, and other relevant channels.
Define and continuously refine Upway’s brand positioning in FRSE to establish it as the go-to destination for refurbished e-bikes.
Track, analyze, and optimize key growth metrics including CAC, CPS, and ROI to ensure sustainable business growth.
Work closely with global performance and product teams, as well as local operations and logistics, to align marketing with overall business objectives
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing local marketing team.
Continuously test and evaluate new formats, partnerships, and creative concepts to drive growth and engagement.
Requirements
7 - 10+ years of experience in marketing or growth roles, ideally in fast-paced, performance-driven environments (marketplaces, e-commerce, mobility, D2C)
Strong understanding of performance channels (paid search, paid social, CRM) and ability to interpret data to drive decisions
Solid experience and understanding of SEO, including keyword optimisation, on-page fundamentals, and coordination with content/tech teams to improve organic visibility
Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns with measurable results (CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, traffic).
Experience managing and optimising a marketing budget.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with dashboards, experimentation, and weekly performance reviews
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
Ability to operate autonomously, prioritise effectively, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-moving environment.
