Data Analyst joining Keyrus to work with global customers on actionable data insights for retail. Analyzing and segmenting customer data in AWS environments for effective marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Depurar, unificar y preparar datos de clientes provenientes de múltiples fuentes.
Construir y optimizar queries en Amazon Redshift y Salesforce Marketing Cloud para análisis descriptivos y segmentación accionable.
Analizar el comportamiento de consumo para identificar nichos, patrones de recurrencia y oportunidades de crecimiento , combinando variables transaccionales, digitales y de contacto.
Definir y mantener segmentos accionables orientados a objetivos concretos de negocio (conversión, frecuencia, retención, migración a canales digitales/online), listos para ser activados en campañas omnicanal.
Traducir objetivos de negocio en reglas claras de segmentación y un catálogo de audiencias (definición, criterios, exclusiones, ventanas de tiempo, refresh).
Apoyar la implementación de audiencias trabajando de la mano con el funcional de Salesforce Marketing Cloud (alineación de lógica, disponibilidad de data, y criterios de activación).
Medir y evaluar el impacto de campañas y experimentos (p. ej., uplift, incrementalidad, migración a online), transformando resultados en decisiones de optimización y escalamiento.
Documentar hallazgos, criterios de audiencias y recomendaciones para dar continuidad y escalabilidad al modelo.
Requirements
Profesional en Ingeniería, Economía, Administración, Estadística o afines.
2 a 4 años de experiencia en analítica de datos, segmentación o inteligencia de negocio.
Experiencia en segmentación de clientes / audiencias CRM (idealmente para marketing automation).
Experiencia en entorno AWS.
Manejo avanzado de SQL.
Experiencia trabajando con Amazon Redshift
Manejo de Excel a nivel intermedio-avanzado.
Experiencia en análisis descriptivo y segmentación de clientes.
Experiencia integrando y trabajando con múltiples fuentes de datos (transaccionales, digitales, contacto/canales).
