Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, and chat.
Understand customer needs and recommend the right investment/Upstox products.
Drive conversions, renewals, and product adoption.
Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer queries.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship quality.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and process guidelines.
Work closely with internal teams to provide customer insights and feedback.
Meet and exceed monthly targets related to sales, activation, and engagement.
Requirements
3 - 7 years of experience in sales, renewals, insurance, customer service, or financial products.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
Proven track record of achieving sales or renewal targets.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Problem-solving ability with customer-first mindset.
Knowledge of financial products is a plus (not mandatory).
Graduation in any field
Experience in health insurance, general insurance, or policy advisory roles.
Ability to manage customer queries end-to-end and maintain strong relationships.
Exposure to cross-selling and upselling financial or insurance products.
Experience in guiding junior team members or resolving customer escalations.
