  • Brand & Content Marketing Manager leading the content strategy for UpKeep, an AI-first CMMS company. Focusing on executive audience engagement and enhancing online presence.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a content strategy designed to reach and resonate with executive audiences
  • Develop thought leadership positioning for UpKeep that speaks to operational efficiency, capital planning, and digital transformation
  • Create and run a webinar program targeting executive audiences
  • Own the end-to-end experience of upkeep.com
  • Manage all product pages to communicate value clearly
  • Develop and execute a content roadmap spanning various formats
  • Own UpKeep’s SEO strategy and execution
  • Maintain and evolve UpKeep’s presence on social media
  • Define content workflows and internal review processes

Requirements

  • 5+ years in content marketing, brand, or digital marketing
  • At least 2 years in B2B SaaS or a comparable enterprise software environment
  • Demonstrated experience creating content for senior buyers: directors, VPs, or C-suite personas
  • Experience planning and running webinar programs
  • Track record of growing organic traffic and building content programs from strategy to execution
  • Demonstrated current use of AI tools in content production, research, or SEO workflows
