IT Service Manager responsible for whole service cycle and direct client interaction at UPGREAT AG in Switzerland. Focus on managing and improving IT services and supporting project delivery.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the entire service lifecycle, from requirements to operations
Provide personal, direct customer support with genuine service passion
Ensure transparent and meaningful reporting
Coordinate, manage and monitor service delivery and service agreements
Maintain oversight and quickly resolve business-critical incidents (Major Incidents)
Lead small to medium-sized projects and coordinate the overall project portfolio
Identify operational improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvements
Requirements
Higher Federal Diploma (HF) in (business) informatics or an equivalent qualification
Solid experience in IT Service Management, IT Pre-Sales or IT Project Management
Deep understanding of infrastructure, outsourcing and cloud services, with experience in Service Delivery Management
Strong methodological skills in project management, presentations and solution-oriented, systems thinking
Confident communication in German (native or at least C1) and English (at least B2)
