About the role

  • Senior Account Executive managing UOL Host partnerships, enhancing strategic sales and relationships. Focus on collaborative growth and achieving collective team goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the portfolio of partners that distribute UOL Host solutions, focusing on strategic development to drive results in each partnership.
  • Prepare strategic analyses based on an analytical review of each partner's numbers, mapping the profile and sales potential of each account.
  • Identify the true areas of interest for each partner within the current partnership and use them as engagement levers to increase sales results.
  • Hold on-site meetings with partners to execute the tactical actions defined in each partnership strategy.
  • Organize and manage your own sales pipeline and commercial planning to achieve the team's collective target.
  • Periodically share with leadership an executive overview of monthly results and the projection for meeting the collective target, detailing the actions planned to reach that projection.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve potential operational and commercial obstacles with clients and partners, ensuring strong relationship maintenance across the portfolio.
  • Act as a point of reference and support other account executives on the team in focused, goal-oriented work to meet monthly targets.
  • Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships and understand the roles and scope of other company areas to facilitate resolution of operational or strategic team issues.
  • Contribute ideas, suggestions, and market best practices to the Coordination team, promoting the evolution of the team's work and the delivery of results.
  • Support Coordination in developing the team's strategic plan aimed at the sustainable growth of results.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration; Marketing; Communication; Economics; Production Engineering; or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial/business roles working with partners or reseller channels.
  • Experience executing partnership or reseller channel programs.
  • Solid experience in sales strategy, sales funnels, and consultative sales processes.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections.
  • Proficient with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
