About the role

  • Project Coordinator involved in a long-term project to replace existing management systems. Be responsible for planning, execution, and oversight of multiple company-wide projects.

Responsibilities

  • Project definition and governance: Further development of existing project foundations, preparation of project charters, risk analyses, board presentations, contract management with external partners, as well as maintenance and establishment of structured project documentation
  • Project organization: Establishing and further developing organizational and process structures
  • Time and milestone planning: Developing realistic schedules and updating existing timelines, monitoring adherence and identifying deviations
  • Reporting: Preparing reports for the executive board and stakeholders
  • Cost management: Cost planning and monitoring
  • Decision support: Close collaboration with the Product Owner to enable well-founded decisions

Requirements

  • Qualification through certified project management training or further education and knowledge of various project methodologies
  • Experience in end-to-end planning, execution and evaluation of projects, including cross-functional or novel topics
  • Solid experience with both traditional and agile project management methods
  • Strong IT affinity and digital skills
  • Good knowledge of common project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics as well as legal, regulatory and contractual requirements
  • Good business/financial acumen
  • Ability to effectively steer and lead project teams (lateral leadership) and to tackle challenges with motivation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solution-oriented mindset and approach
