About the role
- Support role handling health insurance reimbursement issues and customer inquiries at uniVersa. Engaging with customers and service providers in a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities
- Clarify customers' reimbursement entitlements
- Review benefit documentation
- Serve as a point of contact for customers when clarification is needed and request additional documents
- Assess and make well-founded decisions regarding benefit payments
- Maintain regular communication with customers and service providers such as physicians, dentists and hospitals
Requirements
- Completed training as an insurance and financial services clerk (m/f/d), social insurance clerk (m/f/d), or as a medical or dental assistant (m/f/d)
- Interest in medical topics and basic knowledge of private and statutory health insurance are advantageous
- Customer-focused work approach and excellent communication skills
- Confident use of IT systems and willingness to learn our software
- No prior professional experience required, but experienced applicants are also welcome
