Responsibilities
Clarify customers' reimbursement entitlements
Review benefit documentation
Serve as a point of contact for customers when clarification is needed and request additional documents
Assess and make well-founded decisions regarding benefit payments
Maintain regular communication with customers and service providers such as physicians, dentists and hospitals
Requirements
Completed training as an insurance and financial services clerk (m/f/d), social insurance clerk (m/f/d), or as a medical or dental assistant (m/f/d)
Interest in medical topics and basic knowledge of private and statutory health insurance are advantageous
Customer-focused work approach and excellent communication skills
Confident use of IT systems and willingness to learn our software
No prior professional experience required, but experienced applicants are also welcome
