About the role

  • Support role handling health insurance reimbursement issues and customer inquiries at uniVersa. Engaging with customers and service providers in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Clarify customers' reimbursement entitlements
  • Review benefit documentation
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers when clarification is needed and request additional documents
  • Assess and make well-founded decisions regarding benefit payments
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and service providers such as physicians, dentists and hospitals

Requirements

  • Completed training as an insurance and financial services clerk (m/f/d), social insurance clerk (m/f/d), or as a medical or dental assistant (m/f/d)
  • Interest in medical topics and basic knowledge of private and statutory health insurance are advantageous
  • Customer-focused work approach and excellent communication skills
  • Confident use of IT systems and willingness to learn our software
  • No prior professional experience required, but experienced applicants are also welcome
